Cancellation Policy

• There are no cancellation fees if you cancel 15 days (or more) before your check-in date.
• If a confirmed reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
• If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date or if a guest fails to show up, there will be no reimbursement.
• If you cancel for a blackout date, you will be charged an additional fee.

Policy regarding children:

• Children under the age of 5 years old are free to stay in their parents' room.
• Children aged 5 to 11 will be charged at half the adult cost.
• Adult prices will be applied to children aged 11 and up.
